SHIPPING AND RETURNS
You will receive an automatic confirmation when you place your order.
Please allow 1-3 business days for order processing, pending availability and credit card verification. This may take longer during special, major holidays Please note, CRWTH does not ship on weekends and major holidays.
CRWTH is unable to ship to P.O. Box, APO, or FPO addresses. All orders with a P.O. Box, APO, or FPO address will be cancelled.
CRWTH will email you with updates and tracking information once your items have shipped. In an event that a product is out of stock, you will be contacted by our customer service team.
CRWTH is not responsible for items lost, damaged or stolen in transit. All risks associated are assumed by the courier.
CRWTH does not ship internationally at this time.
All cancellation requests must be made within an hour after the order has been placed. Cancellation requests submitted an hour after the order is placed will not be eligible, no exceptions. Orders placed over the weekend will be eligible for cancellation if the request is submitted before the morning of the following business day. Final sale items are not eligible for cancellation.

Returns and exchanges - North America
To initiate a return, please contact inquires@CRWTH.com
CRWTH allows returns and exchanges within 10 days of the order delivery date. All returned items must be unworn, undamaged, and unwashed with all original tags attached. The original invoice must be included with any return. Failure to do so can delay the processing of your return. Return shipping will be paid by customer.
Exchanges can be made for a different size or color of the original style ordered. If you would like to exchange your item for a different style, please return your items for a refund and place a new order for the style you would like. Exchange shipping will be paid by CRWTH.
Returns are typically processed within 5 business days of the package arriving at our facility. Depending on your payment provider, it can take 5-10 business days for the refunded amount to post to your account.
If CRWTH determines that any products are not in original condition, a refund or exchange will not be granted and the items will be returned to you.
